Check-In time is 3pm and Check-out time is 10am. We do offer early check-in or late check-out options for just $10.00 that allows you to check-in as early as noon or check-out as late as 1pm. Just call or text and we can add that on to your site.
(The fee for that simply covers costs of additional electrical/water/sewage usage which we get billed for.)

We still have some seasonal sites available for the 2026 season and we'll have some new sites offered for the 2026 season that have never been offered as seasonal sites before! Look as early as you can to get the best selection.
starting at $1795 plus electric usage charges, for sites with electric/water
or full hookup sites starting at $2295 for a back-in site, $2395 for a border back-in site (no one would be behind you), or $2595 for a pull-through site.
All seasonal sites have electric usage metered and billed in addition to the site price as well as $20.00 per month during the season for water/sewer/garbage if the site is used like a campsite would be, or $60.00 per month for guests staying in it full time due to their extra usage for full time use).
Seasonal time is from May 1st through Oct 31st.

Water is turned off about Oct 15th due to freeze up danger.
All site offers are based on availability.

Some holiday weekends require 3 night minimum stay.
Some sites are also available for use on a weekly or monthly basis at a discounted rate.
All camping fees are to be paid in advance.
Standard Sites (without utilities at the campsite. Rustic by design (that means not as level or trimmed as most campsites) and are in a more private area of our property. Generators are allowed until 10pm. Free use of dump station. Pump out service is available for $20.00. Pump out service requires a two day minimum notice and isn't available on weekends unless it's an emergency and then emergency rates apply. Emergency/short notice rates are $50.00.)

$10.00 cancellation fee for all canceled reservations. Cancellations done less than 72 hours before the first day of your reservation date will also incur at least one days rate.
